Secondly, the space before the question mark is unnecessary.

Thirdly, the only "four" that I see in the first "two seconds" of reading would be in the GG sentence: "Most people think of double quotation marks as being for quotations..."  The problem there is "for" is correct, as she's speaking of the use of quotation marks, not actually referring to the total number of marks that might appear.</description>
